Alaina comes to Atlanta by way of Louisiana. Alaina was the lead attorney at a large-scale bankruptcy firm in Atlanta where she handled all matters of bankruptcy, including adversary proceedings and trustee investigations. Alaina is a member of the Bankruptcy Inn of Courts. She has also helped clients injured in auto accidents recover thousands of dollars and has an excellent reputation among colleagues and clients alike.

Foss is a native of Atlanta where he went to both undergrad and law school, graduating 3rd in his class. Before becoming an attorney, Foss managed a legal services firm where he eventually returned to manage international litigation projects and discovery matters and served as in-house counsel. Foss has experience in bankruptcy, civil litigation, and family law matters. Foss is admitted to practice in all trial courts of Georgia, as well as the Northern District of Georgia.
